Our rental cycle is for 4 weeks/28 days which starts on the day the set is delivered to your doorstep. So the day you receive your LEGO set is consider as day 1 of you rental cycle.

Yes,you can extend your rental period from My order section. For full cycle ( 28 days / 4 weeks ) renewal you get 10% discount on rental.

Once all the LEGO sets in possession is returned back and verified by Funstation. You can raise a withdrawal request from My Profile -> Wallet section. 5.

No, useable wallet amount is non-refundable.

Total amount deducted against missing parts will be parked in Hold Deposit for 15 days, before final settlement in case of missing parts are retuned or not returned to Funstation.

In case adverse scenario you need to ensure following guidelines are meet; a. Put all the pieces and Building Instruction in any hard box preferable of smallest size needed. b. Box should be completely sealed, to make sure there is no loss of LEGO pieces during transit c. Don’t forget to paste return shipping label on box.
